Hi

 

The fax does not work. We cant send and receive. When we try to send or receive something, it just stops and prints a report which shows common error. Can someone help me please?

Hi, Sometimes what I will do is to connect a normal analogue phone to the same phone line and make sure it can call out and receive calls. This will make sure the phone line is working fine before troubleshooting the printer.
