How do I get my fax sent receipts to display the date and time. All I get are 000000000000 ? The time and date have already been entered in the machine but all I get are zeros on the receipt page.

@bouba1

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you set the date and time for fax. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

Reset the fax settings to the default values.

  • Return all fax settings to the default values.
  • From the Home screen on the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow () to scroll to Fax, and then press OK.
  • Press the Down Arrow () to scroll to Settings, and then press OK.
  • Press the Down Arrow () to scroll to Restore to Defaults, and then press OK.
  • A confirmation message displays on the control panel. Press OK to confirm.
  • Try to send a fax.

Let me know how it goes.

I hope it helps and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,

Please mark this post as a solution accepted and Kudos would also be appreciated.

Cheers.
