Just set up HP Photosmart 7520 to Fax. Test after set up said all was fine.

Went to fax first document, call went through, but then a voice message came on and said that I needed an access code from my carrier.  Is this normal for a bundled internet, phone and tv provider or did I perhaps do the fax set up incorrectly?

@Shirl7,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are unable to fax from your HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if you are faxing with Long-Distance Access Codes or Calling Cards.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Faxing with Long-Distance Access Codes, Calling Cards, or Internationally

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.
