HP Scanjet N9120

I am doing document control for my company, so I have been scanning papers for a week and a half with no major issues.  Some of the papers will get caught in the scanner, causing it to jam, but it is usually only pages that are crinkled or really old.  Since we scan so many documents here we replaced the feed roller this week and everything seemed to be working great until today.

Now whenever I try to scan anything, the first page causes a feeder jam.  It doesn't matter how many papers I try to scan, it does this when there is a stack in the tray or even just one page.  The paper gets about halfway through the scanner and gets caught right where it begins to bend back around to come out of the bottom of the scanner.

I just wanted to know if this could be an easy fix that someone in the office can do, or if I should contact someone specialized to come and check it out.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.
