HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-On
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Starting getting ink smudges on pages (black) so looked inside the printer and found what appears to be leaked inked on the far right side - see picture. Used some rags to get the top cleaned off.

How do I open the chassie to soak up the mess?

See picture.

Thanks but the links don't go into any detail on that part of the inside of the printer.

Will see if anyone else has a reply.

HI,

Just checked the picture you uploaded.  looks like the ink has dried up. However there are no official solutions to clean that perticular area.  But what i can suggest is, you may try using some cotton cloth and clean it.  If the Ink has dried up, then using little amount of spirit on a coton cloth may clean that area.  Sorry for the inconvinience.  Hopefully this should clean the area and not cause any print quality issue.

Regards

Arick
