HP Recommended

We received an "Fuse Error 50.93.11" when trying to print.  We followed the instructions on the screen on how to resolve; however, the printer worked for about 5 minutes and the error message appeared again.  I cannot find any information to troubleshoot this error.  Could someone assist?  Thank you kindly.
