I tried to connect my Galaxy S20+ running Android 11 to my printer HP Laserjet MFP 28a via an OTG adapter. The printer is recognized by the HP Print Service Plugin, but it is "grey", not "active".  At a Print command attempt, the message is "This printer is currently unavailable".

 

I followed all the advices from https://support.hp.com/ro-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m28-m31-printer-series/16647082/model/16647... without success.

 

The OTG adapter seems to work, while it shows my mouse pointer on the phone's screen
