HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

When I print from my laptop, images come out with what look like small blocks of colours and glitch effects and text bleeds into paper. When I first got my printer this was not an issue, I have not moved, banged, dropped the printer or anything like that. I have also done cleaning procedures and changed the ink. On HP smart there says there is nothing wrong with the printer. This happened also to my HP ENVY and I couldn't fix it or find anything online so I replaced it with this printer and now it's happening again. any ideas?IMG_9176.JPGIMG_9175.JPGIMG_9174.JPG

@erinjones20, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Which application are you trying to print from?

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

For now, let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Print a test page from the printer

  1. Press and hold the Power button, and then press the Cancel button .

  2. Let go of the Cancel button, and then the Power button.

A test page prints. Send an image of the same in your next post if the issue persists.

Let me know how this goes.
