Laserjet cp1525nw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have tried to connect this printer using the WPS button with no luck.

I have tried using the "add Printer" on the computer it does not work wirelessly

I can't find the CD and did download the software for the printer but still can't get it to work via usb

I have tried to add info manually using tcp/ip info it won't work

i have watched the video but it caters to the CD and does not give you enough info for persons without the CD

I'm not that technical so if it gives me too much technical stuff I'm lost

What now??? Help please?? someone has to have had this problem??

Thank you i will try it but after speaking to someone at HP i feel crazy. I am now getting an msg "Error occured while connecting your device. This is a fatal error preventing product use". I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times with the same message. Know that this the same computer, operating system just changed routers.

My model is cp1525nw which is an older model but does have a wps button which does not seem to want to connect with my router. You can manually add the info {tcp/ip} - but i guess i'm not putting in in the way it likes so its not taking that, and it does not let me choose a network on my printer panel.
