Gray text and images will typically print with the color cartridge rather then the black cartridge. Your magenta color is running low, resulting in the print appearing green (cyan and yellow) rather than gray (cyan, magenta and yellow).
You can replace the color cartridge, or (perhaps better for your case) go to the driver settings and select "Print in Grayscale" and "Black ink only". This would force the pritner to use the black cartridge for printing the gray text.
