Hi All,

 

Please help me to hard reset the MFP477 dn printer. Its menu got locked and cant access through networking. When checked with factory resets, I couldnt find one. Now I want to start the setup from the begining. Somebody please help on this issue.

I'm looking for the same information.  Ever since I set up my printer (same model) it's been asking for an admin password. I've searched the web for default passwords, but no dice.  I don't remember setting up an admin password.  Resetting seems like the best option.
