TRYING TO INSTALL NEW INTERNET PROVIDER, T-MOBILE INTERNET.  TRIED TO ADD PASSWORD TO PRINTER BUT DID NOT WORK

MAC is an unique hardware number you can't not change. Some software allow to use “spoofing” it as another MAC address but that is not a good idea.

Why do you want to change the hardware address? You state you are trying to connect to internet. If you have changed your internet provider or hardware, you may need to reset the printer so that you can go through the setup again. There is a knowledge base article on this forum on how to do reset your printer.
