I WANT HP TO STOP SENDING ME E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS THAT THE INK LEVEL IS LOW ON MY COMPUTER THESE POP-UP ADS COME IN EVERY TWO OR THREE MINUTES WHILE I AM TRYING TO ANSWER E-MAIL AND THEY ARE INCREDIBLY IRRITATING!

Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

 

I understand you are trying to stop the HP ink level notifications. It looks like you are getting these notifications from the HP connected account. Hence, try these steps to change the notification preferences:

 

  1. Go to HP Connected, and then sign in to your account.

  2. From the HP Connected window, click the Settings drop-down list.

  3. Select My Account, Notifications, or Printing.

  4. Look for notifications and turn off the ink level notifications.
