I am facing the same situation, after install a new router, I am unable to config the hp officejet 4620 for wireless, please also send me the instruction to reset it into out of box state.

I changed the router and now the printer does not permit to change the WiFi conection and keep on showing the same  old router and after trying all  now, please I need to  reset my HP4620 to factory defaults.

My printer is HP Officejet 4620 . Please let me know how to rest it to factory defaults. I have already tried several times through the seting botton on the screen  but it is imposible.
