When I send a print job to the 1102W wireless printer requesting one copy, it prints continuous copies until the printer runs out of paper. Help! I'm running out of paper and toner...
Happens from both my computers: one using Windows XP and the other using Windows 7.
Thanks.

Hi Vic20,
Did you try the fix posted earlier in this thread?

Awesome! This worked for a LaserJet 1102W printer at my dad's job. It'd print continuously or print 5 copies of everything when printed wirelessly, but only 1 copy when printing from the USB port. Glad to have found this fix!

I had the same problem..but it's been fixed..here's the way:
On windows 7 :
Start > Devices & Printers > right click on your printer device > click "Printer Properties" (Not "Properties")>
Click "Ports" Tab >Click "Configure Port..." > choose radiobutton Protocol : "LPR" > type queue name : "lp1" >
check "LPR Byte Counting Enabled" > and finish by click OK button.
Back to "General" Tab and do print test..if the printer doesnt response anything...back to "Ports" tab and uncheck "Enable Bidirectional Support"
It's work for me..
But in other case I have to disconnect and reconnect my wireless connection to router.

Problem,
Once the printer is done printing a document, it stops like normal. However, within a few seconds it resumes printing ON ITS OWN. It prints out a blank page with "2345X" in the upper lefthand corner of the page. HOW DO I SOLVE THIS IRRITATINT PROBLEM

I was having the same problem only my printer printed 6-12 pages, as I had previously printed 6 pages and then it just kept printing 6 copies after each 1. The suggested solution above worked for me. I did exactly as it said and went to the download of the site. IT WORKED. The Disable Bi-directional suppot icon in the properties, unchecked it, apply and it worked wonderful. Thank You.
