I am having two seperate issues with my Mobile 150 Printer. first it will not recognize the two new HP printer cartrigages I just put in and it will not not shut off without removing the battery and power cord. Once I try to turn on again I get an error message that it was shut down inproperly. It will not shut down with the power button.

My printer will not print a clear letter. I tried cleaning the cartriges then tried aligning the printer to no solution other than wasting my time and printer ink.
How do I go about returning this printer. It has been a misrable fail. I have wasted to much money on printer ink and paper trying to get a simple page to print, and forget trying to get something with color. I purchased this from Amazon Prime Last summer. I see I have a one year limited warrenty. I do I get this returned and move on to another printer?
