HP 2515: INK CARTRIDGE FAILURE -CARTRIDGES LISTED ABOVE ARE DAMAGED OR HAVE FAILED

I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY PRINTER ISNT WORKING, AND AS I CHECKED IN HP TOOLBOX THERE IS NO INK LEVEL INDICATED. I TRY TO ALIGN INK CARTRIDGES BUT SUDDENLY IT SAYS INK CARTRIDGE FAILURE.  I CHECKED THE PRINTER INDICATION AND IT HAS AN EXCLAMATION POINT SHOWING THAT THERE IS NO MORE INK.

I  TRY TO CLEAN THE CARTRIDGES/PRINTER AND ALSO RESETING USING THE GUIDELINES SHOWN IN HP FORUM BUT STILL NOT WORKING.

INK IS NEW (LESS THAN A MONTH FOR TRICOLOR,  2 MONTHS FOR BLACK), EXPIRY DATE IS 2017

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE

THANKS

Hi Sir,

Thanks for your immediate response

BTW

I did that procedure but still i got an error.

Last night, i tried to put the old ink cartridge and when i turned on the printer it works (black ink only, the tri-color still error), so i test again the new one. After putting the new black and tricolor i got an error again but when i removed the tri color only the black works.

what is the possible problem? the contacts between cartridge and the printer?

Hi again!

The issue could be any type of hardware failure. Please continue with calling phone support directly to discuss your replacement options.
