Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am currently trying to print documents that contain color and black ink. I have recently replace the Imaging Drum and the Black Toner. When I print the color portions of the document will print but the black portions will remain blank. When I print in greyscale the black ink will print. When I print a configuration page or supply page, only the color sections will print. When I print an engine test, cyan, magenta, and yellow print but no black. What can I do to resolve the issue?

Remove the black toner cartridge and see if there is toner on the black roller. You should be able to wipe it off and then turn the roller and more black toner should appear. If toner does not appear, then you have a bad black toner cartridge.
