Thanks but how do I ascertain the IP address of my printer? 

 

On the printer, if I press the Menu or Set-up button and navigate through all the options, there is no network set-up option.  Neither is there a Select TCP/IP or IP address option as indicated in the video tutorials.

 

What then should I do?

Hi,

 

I have just tried NAPS2, a free thrid-paty scanning App I found online, and to my surprise it worked! Multiple pages were scanned as a single PDF file without any problems.  What then could possibly have been the problem with Windows Scan as well as both with HP Scan and Capture and HP AiO Printer Remote?  It appears these Apps are not compatible with Windows 10, would you agree?
