HP 3512 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 1. When I try to copy.  I just get the normal diagonal line bar but nothing happens no noise or anything from the printer.

and I am stuck there and have to turn the printer off and back on

2.  When I try to scan to computer the message comes up "The computer is not responding. Check if the USB cable is attached  or wireless is working properly then try again.

3.  When I unplug it to restart the alignment page prints but will not align.  It does the the same as if trying to copy with  the  diagonal bar line like it is working and nothing is happening.  I have to turn off and back on.

4.  It prints from the computer perfectly well

This seemed to happen aroung the same time as Windows 10 was installed but not sure if that was it.  I had an update error Ox8024200b that would not update and had an unknown printer listed in device manager.  I researched this error and the solution was to uninstall the unknown printer and this corrected the unable to update error.  I have run print and scan doctor and was directed here as it could not help.

Thanks Fossette,  I tried what you recommended but no luck.

Also,  I will now get an error code OXOO759c98   HWLWATCHDOGC     When I turn on the printer

Also when I press the eprint button on the printer  it  states   The printer could not connect to the internet.

I can still  print a page from the computer but still cannot copy  or scan

Also I cannot print from my cellphone wirelessly  anymore
