Hello
I have bought photo paper 10x15 and I am trying to print borderless photos, however the printer always prints photos with borders around, and more annoying is the fact that there is more gap left at one side of the paper (at the end of printing).
The specifications mention borderless printing but i cannot find anywhere an option to tick this. Under the printer shortcuts there are options like General Everyday printing, Two sided printing, photo printing with white borders etc. Nothing regarding borderless.
Please let me know whether i am missing something.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Which software do you use to print ? Please download and install the following software then use it to print.

Sorry i have tried this as well and it doesnt work.
When i go to print in HP photo creations, it says
Image size 10.1x15.2
Paper size 10.2x15.2
Printable area 9.6x13.7
Since the printable area is smaller than the paper size you will be getting borders. Why cant i change this to borderless prints?

Hi gdaoutis.
On the printing screen in HP Photo Creations, look for an option like "Borderless 4x6 in./10x15 cm" in the Paper Size menu. (See screenshot.) If that doesn't appear, click the Printer Settings link directly above the Paper Size menu. That will open up a control panel for your printer.
If your printer does support borderless printing and you don't see a borderless option in the control panel, install the full-feature drivers for your printer. (A driver is the background software that handles the communication between your computer and printer.) On our HP 7510, borderless printing didn't appear as a menu choice until we install the full-feature drivers.
