Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Color LaserJet 3800n printer is giving me an Error 59.90.

Have tried turning it off / on.

Any idea what is wrong and how to fix?

This is generally an issue with the ETB (Electronic Transfere Belt) which is the black belt in the front cover when you open the front door. You could try to move the belt by hand using the edges and then close the cover again to see if the error goes away. If not remove the ETB and close the front door and restart the printer. It should come to the message install the ETB which you should do at that time and if the error reappears you will need to replace the ETB.
