I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS A WAY TO USE A MOBILE PHONE TO SEND A FAX WITH MY HP OFFICEJET

4500.  THE PRINTER STOPPED WORKING A LONG TIME AGO BUT I KEPT IT SO I COULD SEND FAXES.  NOW

I'VE GIVEN UP MY LAND LINE AND WONDER IF I SHOULD JUST GET RID OF THE 4500?

To answer your question about using a mobile device or cell phone to send faxes from your printer, I am afraid that is not an option as the printer is not designed that way.

If you want to get the printer replaced, please contact HP phone support for the same.

 

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number, Case number and phone number appear.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.
