HP Recommended

Getting error message to close tray.  Tray  is closed.  Cannot pull the tray out at all.  Seemed to be jammed somehow.

This happened while I was out of office yesterday, so no idea what could have happened.

Our IT is telling me it's time to get rid of printer.

Any ideas?
