Product: HP 5550 DN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
Does anyone know how to reset the counter for the Transfer Kit - part no. C9734B on an HP 5550 DN? I replaced the transfer kit with a new one and the message on the screen still displays that it is in low status and requires replacement.

As I recall you need to go with through the menus on the printer to find the reset supplies menu.
I think the path is configure device, resets, new transfer kit.
When in doubt I print the menu map and look through that and then when I have found the setting I can figure out the path to it and get there much easier.
