Error message 0x61011bed     Printer will no longer work period.  I've turned on and off reset, unplugged, etc.,

Can anyone help??  It use to work perfectly for everything, including eprint from iPad! (I took cartridges in and out too)

Error code 0x61011bed is a carriage jam error message.

 

Please follow the instructions provided in the video.
