My printer started shooting out blank pages, even though it makes the sounds and movements of printing the full document. My black ink and color levels are fine, although my magenta has a replace soon warning.
I tried using the test pages as well as clean heads and surprisingly, they print out perfectly. It's only when I try and print a document that the it becomes balnk.

Hey there! @smarty33, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!
I understand that your printer is printing blank pages.
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Have you tried printing from a different application?
Try making a copy from your printer and check if the copy is blank too.
Print a Print Quality Report
Follow these steps to print a Print Quality Report to determine if the issue is related to the hardware.
Load Letter or A4, unused, plain white paper into the input tray.
On the product control panel, touch the Right Arrow () to display the second navigation screen.
Touch the Setup icon (). The Setup Menu displays.
Touch the Down Arrow (), and then touch Reports.
Touch Print Quality Report. The print quality diagnostic report prints.
Refer this article to further troubleshoot Color or Black Ink Not Printing.
Let me know how it goes!
Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂
