A few days ago just started getting no paper message.  Investigated and saw that the paper pickups not owrking.  I followed the usual cleaning or rollers etc.  However then noticed the rollers for the paper pickup drop down but no longer turn to feed the paper into the printer.  Was a great printer until a few days ago when needed to print out some certificicates for Christmas.  

 

Any solutions or usual throw away printer approach from HP.  If not easy solution then planning to swithch to Canon or Brother printers.

I also am getting the same problem with the paper not picking up on the rollers, as my Photosmart6520e is just out of warrenty all HP seem to want to do is sell me a new printer which i wont do (not with HP anyway) . Like you i've tried cleaning the rollers but to no avail.
