I have a full, new black cartridge in. Al of a sudden it stopped printing. Doesn't print a copied document or from my laptop. I can print from my laptop to another printer in my home so it isn't the laptop.

I did the suggestion to plug into a wall, unplug the printer, hold and turn on and still doesn't print.

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Thank you!

@Adrianne1,

Thank you for replying,

After reviewing your post thoroughly, I suspect this to be a possible hardware failure with the printer.

In this scenario, I will share you a private message with details. Please watch your inbox for more information.

I just bought a refurbed HP Pro 6830 for less than $200.

Yeah. I ended up tossing the unit. Along with the very expensive unused color and black cartridges.

  I felt Like  I was Getting a never ending robotic fix answer after clearly stating that  I had Tried all the previous suggestions. But the HP reps online kept asking me if  I had done this or that. It was a frustrating waste of time. At the end of the day, I’m a bit surprised that this seems to be happening with some frequency for this product, and HP does not seem to have an answer
