I have set a custom size to print envelopes. I am using Quark 10 as the layout program. When I print, the preview looks perfect, but when it goes through the printer, the image has been reduced and is incorrect. Help!

Hi! @RBullard, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand that the image shrinks when you print custom size on your printer.

Don't worry I'd like to help.

Can you please provide the envelope type and dimensions you are trying to print.

Does is happen when you try printing other types of media?

Try using U.S. 10 envelope (105 x 241 mm (4.1 x 9.5 inches) and try printing the envelope.

Check if the issue persists.

Try the steps recommended below to know how to print envelopes.

Search the Mac for contacts, then click the Contacts app in the results.
Click the name of the contact you want to print on the envelope and make sure the address fields are filled out.
Click the Style menu, then select Envelopes.
Click Layout, then select your envelope size from Layout pop-up menu.
To add, remove, or change the return address field, click Label, then select or deselect the check box next to Print my address.
Click Orientation, then select the landscape option.
Click Print.

Refer this article know information about printing envelopes.

Also, refer this article to know how to create custom paper size.

I'll watch your reply!

Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂
