I would like to copy and scan my 12 x 12 scrapbook pages but I cannot get the printer to work. It keeps telling me that my paper size doesn't work. Can anyone help me?
Thanks so much!

Hey there! @MarySmiles, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!
I understand you are getting paper mismatch errors on your printer.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Please try the steps recommended below.
Check the paper size setting to make sure it matches the paper you want to print.
NOTE:
Some printers have an option to ignore the error and continue printing. If you choose to ignore the error, the margins on your printout might not be proportional to the edges of the paper.
In the program, you want to print from, click File, and then click Print.
Make sure your printer is in the Name or Printers drop-down list box, and then click Properties, Printer Properties or Preferences.
Click the Paper/Quality tab.
Click Advanced, if necessary, and then click Paper Size.
Select the paper size that matches the size and type of paper loaded in the printer tray, and then click OK. If there are no matching paper sizes, select the size from the list that is closest to the size of the paper loaded in the tray.
Click OK, and then try to print.
NOTE:
If you are printing envelopes, you might need to change the mail settings of the program you are printing from in addition to adjusting print settings in the driver. For information on changing envelope settings in Microsoft Word, see How do I adjust the envelope settings in Microsoft Word? in the FAQ section of this document.
Refer this article to further troubleshoot paper mismatch errors.
Let me know if this helps!
Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂

@MarySmiles, It's great to hear from you again. I was indeed waiting for your response.
I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.
What type of paper are you using to print the scrapbook?
I have checked the printer specifications and according to printer specifications, you can only print 12x12 only on a regular paper from the input tray.
Refer the printer specifications page for more information.
Note: refer paper handling specs.
Hope this answers your query!
Have a great day ahead! 🙂

Hi, It's me again!
The problem I am having is a not a printing problem; it is a copying problem.
The problem arises when I am try to copy a finished 12 x 12 scrapbook page to a piece of plain white 12 x 12 paper.
I am a member of a challenge group and we complete scrapbook layouts then we are supposed to copy the page and send the copy into the group if we want to be entered into the drawing.
I did come up with a work around; but, it is time consuming and a tremendous headache to accomplish. I was able to scan the layout, resize it, and print it. But, I really need a way that I can just place the scrapbook page onto the glass, press a button, and copy it onto 12 x 12 paper.
I would really appreciate your help.
MarySmiles!
