Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP 7612 - Did the alignment cleaning; alignmnent of print head and keep getting error messiage alignment unsuccessful.  Will print in black and I have plenty of ink in my color cartridges but it won't print in color.  Followed the instruction in the step up.  Even the alignment printed out is not in color.  Please help.

I read about the alignment issue you're having with your Officejet 7612 and wanted to reply with my suggestions. As there are problems printing in color, there is likely an issue with the cartridges or the printhead in the unit. If the alignment continues to fail, please call phone support to see about a replacement or trade in printer. (Contact details below).

Contact HP:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number

Thanks for the help.  It appears that I have to replace the printer that is less than 2 years old. Never had a problem with aligment and printerheads ever.  Printheads appears to be missing,not detected, etc.   I am totally disappointed in that.  I love the HP Products and have been a loyal customer for years. I stillhave a Laser Printer that is over 15 years and working great.  I love this HP Office Jet 7612 because it gives me all the features that I need.  I am hesitate in purchasing another and have to put out money again.  So I will have to make a decision by this evening, because I have a project that is due.
