HP Photosmart 8250
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP 8250 is printing blank horizontal lines in black only. All other colors seem to print fine. Replacing black cartridge did not change problem, not did cleaning print heads or aligning printer.

  • Check image resolution.
  • Align the cartridges.

The settings are correct. The image resolution cna not be the problem, as it won't print a proper "Test Print" page. I have alrear tried to align it. None of this works.
