Hi, my red started printing funny a few months ago. All of the other colors are fine. I tried to clean the print heads twice, restarted machine, everything is updated but it still streaks or barely prints. I also tried changing the ink even though it is basically full! Using HP ink. Please help. See photo below. It's only with red that this happens thereby messing up anything I print with color that remotely uses red.

I have already done all but get it serviced. There must be something else I can do.

Hello,

I see only two options to resolve this issue.

  1. Replacing Printhead or
  2. Servicing the printer.

If your printer is out of warranty, call HP Tech Support ( USA - 1-800-474-6836 ) for further assistance.

You may be provided with Out Of Warranty Upgrade option.
