Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I am getting the message: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off then on. If the problem persists contact HP.
I have put a new black and cyon ink into the printer the last two days and have never had any problems before.
Any help would be appreciated.
