I have a 8610 printer and it displays the message "No Computer Found" when trying to scan to computer. The drivers are updated and the scan is enabled in utilities. Ive tried restarting the computer and printer but nothing. Has anyone had this same issue?

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting no computer found error message when you scan to computer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
- Restart devices and check driver scan settings.
- Check the network and printer connection status.
- Check third-party firewall software settings.
- Remove and re-add the printer.
- Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver and software.
- Reset the print system.
