I cannot get my HP OfficejetPro 8610 to scan to my Samsung 12.2 Note Pro tablet.
I can print from my tablet to the printer just fine.
My printer is on a wireless network.

Good Day. Thank you for stopping by the HP forums. I reviewed the post about scanning not working on the Samsung tablet. I will be glad to assist you here. Superb effort and great description of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. 🙂
- Did any software or operating system update cause this to happen?
Please try these steps
- Please uninstall the scanning app that you are using and reinstall it from the google play store.
- Then check again. This should do the trick for you.
- Please download the Hp all in one remote app from the google play store and check again.
- Please follow the steps mentioned in this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03561640 This should do the trick for you.
