Product: HP 8620

Paper Jam - ADF error message came on - can't use any other part of touch screen as it won't go away.  I see many with the same issue and no resolution.  I called the help desk and they said "sorry out of warranty" and tried to offer me another printer.  I replied that based on a printer going bad less than 2 years after purchase ... doesn't sound like brand I want to purchase again.  I see some class action lawsuits out there on the 8620's too - might get a few dollars back.

  I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
