I need help with this. Printer continually says "Please turn Printer off, then on." Printer won't get out of this mode even after rebooting, unplugging, all those things. Tried to download firmware and doesn't find the printer active in the list. Even attached via USB cable,  does not find it.  Please help.

Have you tried resetting your printer?

While powered on, disconnect the power cord and any other cables.

Wait 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet. Do not use power strips, surge suppressors, etc.

The printer should power on automatically. It might take a few seconds.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

This seems to be an Issue with the Power.

You need to make sure no external devices like Pen Drive, Memory Card etc is connected to the printer

Perform the steps in the link below :-

Yes, thank you, I've tried doing the power cord solution several times. It did not work. I can't do a lot of the other solutions given here because since it went into this mode, it doesn't show up in the list of printers to install firmware, troubleshoot, etc. even when I plug in a USB. Not sure about the other things mentioned above about other things connected like memory card and pen etc; don't think I have those things here.
