HP 8710 Keeps going off line

I totally agree, can't tell you how many days I have spent trying to stop my printer from constantly off line and NONE of the published fixes have worked. I even paid $279 for a one year support subscription, but ant find a contact # to get ahold of any one!!!!!  Great Support!

Never got the problem solved. Have a HP 8720 now, doesn't seem to lose connection as often (so far).
