Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725

I am trying to print on cardstock 8.5 X 11.  The weight is 65 lb/177 g/m.  My printer keeps jamming, even when I specify Thick paper and put only one sheet at the time in the tray.  What am I doing wrong?  Can my printer accept this type of paper?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Make sure you've loaded the card stock in Tray 1.

 

Does this only happen while printing card stock?
