Can you send me the instruction to perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue?

Hi @HSF2022,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Keep me posted.

I have the same issue, also with my 9015.  Please send reset instructions.

Strange that HP Employee who replied to earlier posts on this thread did not share this in the body of their reply:

When I did not get a response to my request here, I found the below proposed solution on another thread, and I am cutting-and-pasting it here.  I just tried it and it worked for me:

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

Hi @Nirvana_95,

Thanks for your response. I was able to find the reset instructions and was able to complete the process. The printer is back online and printing, so I'm all set.

Thanks, again.
