Replaced black ink cartridge with genuine HP 74. printed alignment page, scanned alignment page. Screen showed "page failed" Tried 3 more times, same results. Never happened before.

In Case, if this document doesnt help, Please remove the black ink first and try to complete the alignment with the Color Ink Cartridge. If that doesnt work, Please remove the color ink Cartridge, and check if the printer works with the Black ink cartridge.
In Case, if the issue still persists, it must be the hardware issue with the printing technology.
