In my case the solution was to clean cartridges with simple nail polish. Cleaned the contacts and the bottom of cartridge where ink comes out.

btw i previously refilled the cartridges, they worked for a while, then suddenly the error.

It was one of the guys here who suggested that, just cant find em now and even tho i replied to his post, the comment came out as last with no previous mentioning, Sry mate, but thnx.

And hp kinda sucks in forum managment,

Tried this same thing sev eral times. Still not working.

Bought new ink , disconnected printer and started all over again.

Does not work!!!!!!!

I use 75 tri color and74XL black new. still does not work.
