Hi,
I'm guessing here that you have a HP C7200 series printer because there is no C700 HP printer that I can find.
If you go to this link:
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01101491
and go to page 139 of the manual you will see a section on clearing paper jams that talks about taking out the paper clear out section at the rear of the printer. I think that this might be helpful.
I hope that this helps.

Yes my error C7280... No page 139 but did read page 66 on cleaning paper jams. Thanks but I already know this information. The problem I have is behind the two sided printing accessory there is a series of guides/fingers (5) their black in color & snap into a gray detail that holds them in place. This guides the paper to the upper rollers. The 1 on the far left popped off the the gray detail this one guide consist of 3 pieces all small that fit together on the gray detail. The problem is I don't know how 1 of them connects & how to get in there to snap them back on to the gray detail. Their not broken seems like a easy fix BUT no room to get at. Looking for information on this repair.

NO help NO follow-up on last post 3-22-17
Any reason to drop H.P. Products would be lack of support on mechanical repairs... No web/site for parts break-down NO how to for MECHANICAL REPAIR!
Very disappointing ... like the printer just alittle problem with a small part that came off & NO help from H.P.
When there warranty is up their done with you.
SAD business practice.
