Hello,
Try the steps given below-
1.Turn product off 2. check front door for any broken plastic and make sure it closes correctly, if not replace front door assembly. 3.if front door is fine, check front door sensor located a top right front of machine and make sure that front door is activating the sensor. if not check the sensor to make sure it is not stuck. 4. if stuck, unjam the sensor. 5. if still error persists, replace power supply .

Most times it is the plastic switch flag below the top cover in the front right that pops out of position so the tab in the front cover which pushes the flag has no effect. You will have to remove the top cover to access the assembly. Be careful as that flag sits under a spring like device and can easily pulled out of position and it is a bare to get it back into the correct position.
