I purchased my laptop along with a 3 YR care pack directly from HP.com. I never recieved a e-mail with codes for registering this care pack nor did I recieve anything in the mail with codes on it. I did however recieve a package with a card in it stating I did purchase an HP Care Pack service  and it has a bar code on it. If I spend 300 dollars on a warranty I expect it be working and I do not like the run around I get every single time I have called the phone number listed for HP Care Pack Registration Team. When I call this number they continually transfer me back and forth between each other saying they can not look it up but this person can.  And then the next person transfer me back to the other person saying this person can look it up and fix it for me. This should not be this difficult. Had I known this I would not have bought it. I can only imagine if something goes wrong with my laptop what it would take to actually use this service. This is distasteful and udderly wrong.
