Hello

after a paper jam I tried to remove the paper over the rear door. But then the paper ripped.

After this i tried to restard the Pirinter. Then the printer tried to initializing and can´t finish it. Now I tried to take out the toners to remove the remaining paper. But one of the toners I can´t remove and I also can´t find the ramaining pice of paper.

Can you send me a drawing were i can see how to take a part the printer!?

Thank you!
