HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw squeaks when printing only a few months old

Everytime we print with the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw it squeeks so loud it is heard in the offices on either side of mine. It sounds like it need lubrication. We have only had it for approximately 3 months.

During the initial setup of the printer, or when you replace one or more cartridges you briefly hear an unusual noise.

this noise is normal, if the noise is loudest open and close the rear door, and check if the noise goes away.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

Hello, Sorry to hear that you are having a noise issue with your fairly new M277 color LJ.  Does the noise happen on all print jobs, external pages or when printing from the control panel reports option.  If the answer is yes, it could be related to your toner cartridges that rotate when toner is applied to the media.  There is a cleaning blade that removes excess toner from the drum and sometimes this generate a squeaking noise.  If this seems to be the issue, try callinfgg HP support to receive assistance.

Thanks for your help I opened the back door and then I pulled the cartridge drawer out and closed both and it has stopped the squeeking!
