I bought a HP Color Laserjet PRO MFP M177FW  today and I set up it. It can print and scan over wireless network. However, It cannot connect to web services correctly. I set the DNS numbers with google DNS addresses. I changed its IP address with manually. The IP address is unique. Normally It doesn't enable/remove webservices. But when I restart it, it can do for few minutes. It can take an e-mail address but It doesn't print any information sheet. When I try to print a sheet It says "Connection Problem" at first few minutes and later it says "Connecting"and it waits, there is no error message. What am I suppossed to do? Please help me.

First of all thanks for your help. I solved my problem. After I sent that post I updated my printers firmware and that didn't solve the problem. Than I called HP customer services and they assist me. We fixed the problem. My router was the reason of my problem. When I reset to factory settings it, the problem is gone. Thanks anyway. I want to share my solution. Maybe it helps other people.

Hello rasitbolukcu,

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you are having difficulties enabling the web services for your Laserjet Pro MFP M177fw printer.

I appreciate all the information you gave me, it makes it much easier to assist you with the troubleshooting. I have included the Getting the Latest Firmware and Product Updates document.  It will walk you through ensuring the printer has the latest firmware.  Once you have updated the printer, please try to enable the web services again.

Hi!

I bought 2 days ago th laserjet m177fw and have the exact sameissue, as you described it. I updated the firmware but it was still happening. It must be my router too. What did you restore to factory settings? Your router or the laserjet m177fw?

Thanks a lot for your help in advance.

Hi Yopo,

I bought this printer and had exactly the same issue as yours. Have you tried to reset your router and solved this issue?

Appreciate you can advise if this procedure solves the issue. Thank you.

Hi Rasitbolukcu,

I had the exactly the same situation for my  HP Color Laserjet PRO MFP M177FW. Before you reset your router, did you do any personal set up for it? Just wondering if I should reset my router for this issue. Thank you for your advice.

Hi richard,

I tried some solutions like i said. But not for router just fir printer. They didnt fix the problem. And i called customer services. They suggested to reset my modem. I didnt do anything special. I just pushed its reset button about 5 seconds.
